Biography
Randy Walti is the General Counsel for the Telgian Corporation which is a publicly traded and private, mutli-national high tech, manufacturing/OEM, software, R & D, aerospace, and IT companies. Randy's responsibilities include managing the boards of directors, legal and non-legal staffs, litigation and compliance. He received his JD from Georgetown University of Law, served as a JAG Colonel in the US Air Force and held the position as General Counsel for other prominent organizations.
