Biography

John Peters is the owner of the Institute for the Prevention of In-Custody Deaths since 2005. To date, the IPICD has trained over 10,000 individuals as instructors in this specialized topic, and has expanded its training programs in 2008 and again in 2009. The IPICD will be adding new programs in 2012 to better serve the law enforcement, EMS, and related communities and stakeholders. It all started when the interest of martial arts and the FBI because a collateral field and merged both together. The key to Dr. Peter’s success would definitely be his education and experience and never lose your faith, which means a lot to him. Having an extremely impressive educational background it didn't let him down a bit. In the future he would like to peruse a law degree. A highlight of his career would be saving the lives of others through this beneficial training program.
