He has extensive experience in the corporate world, having held senior positions such as Senior Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness and Administration, World Space Corp, Washington, DC; Vice President, People, Culture, and Rewards, Cereva, Marlborough, MA; Vice President, Human Resources and Managing Business Partner, Computer Systems Group, Unisys Corp, Blue Bell, PA; Corporate Vice President, Human Resources, Northeast Utilities, Berlin, CT; Vice President, Learning Services, Alcatel, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada; Corporate Vice President, Organizational Development, Nortel Networks, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; Director, Training and Development, The Rockefeller Group, New York, NY; Director, Education, The Hay Group, Philadelphia, PA; and Corporate Director, Human Resources, AM International, Inc., Chicago, IL.
