Joanna B. Biscette is the Manager, Human Resources for Sagicor Life (Eastern Caribbean) Inc., the leading provider of insurance services in the region.

With over a decade of experience in the field, Joanna oversees the company’s compliance with labor law, employee benefits, administration needs and recruitment across 6 countries in the Caribbean. She also provides support to the Management teams in Administration and Sales.

After earning an Associate Diploma in Human Resource Management with Associate Business Executive (ABE) in London; a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester, Joanna went on to receive a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University. Prior to joining Sagicor, she served as the Human Resources Manager of the Sea Island Cotton Shop, Human Resource Officer and worked in the sales for Renwick & Company Ltd.

Joanna credits her success to her self-motivation and independence, and is currently looking forward to starting a Master of Law degree. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys singing, reading and spending time with her family.
