Raul Herreras De La Lama is a man of creativity, passion, and success. He is a hard working entrepreneur that is constantly on the move for his business. Raul is currently the founder and CEO of Bodegas Wine Arts. He began the wine business nine years ago and now the company exports to over 35 countries. Raul is the export manager of a group of notable wineries in the regions of Spain (Ribera Del Duero, Bierzo, Tierras de Castilla y León, Cigales and Sierra de Salamanca). He also focuses on strategy, sales, and consulting wineries, and is hard at work developing a new company in Hong Kong, to attend the HK/Macao/ Chinese market. It will be 100% ready in a couple of months.

Raul began his studies at Suffolk University at the Sawyer School of Management. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in International Marketing in 2000 and graduated with cum laude honors. At the school, he helped out as an assistant professor in International Marketing. Raul finished his studies in Spain at ESIC Business & Marketing School, where he received his Master's in Business Administration in International Business in 2007.

Raul feels that the future of the wine business lies within tourism. He is extremely passionate about showing (Importers, big customers of the importers, high income people) tourists wineries and hopes to expand this side of his business. It is evident in the success of Bodegas Wine Arts that he puts one hundred percent into every project he has worked on.

In his spare time, Raul loves to travel, but calls the beautiful landscape of Spain home.
