David Campbell divides his time and expertise between two demanding leadership roles: as Managing Director for Product at Import Group (PIG) and a second company, Solutions for Steel. He has over 15 years in the building sector, and spent over 10 years in the Defense Force. His current responsibilities as the Director for Product at Import Group as well Solutions 4 Steel include all P&L solutions, helping to guide the company and its future growth and development.

PIG is a dynamic importing company that seeks out new exciting products for clients from around the world and delivers them to Australian customers. Seasoned world travelers, the Directors search high and low to buy and sell products in Australia for both commercial as well as retail markets. Recently through technology improvements, PIG has developed their own list of products to sell direct to builders to install into end user homes to improve their efficiency, green footprint and reduce their utilities costs. PIG assists clients in sourcing rare or hard to find products for their businesses or direct imports. David oversees production at all levels, including product search, negotiating with suppliers and supplier agreements, communication, testing, certification and shipping.

Solutions 4 Steel is a dynamic structural steel fabricator that imports Australia Standard fabricated steel for a wide variety of projects that include mining, mechanical, hospitals, jails, factories and shopping centers at arguably the best prices in the Australian market. They are proudly 100% Australian owned and operated, with minor fabrication in Australia with the majority of manufacture in China which offers your project the much needed saving to come under budget. David is responsible for the management of their in-house detailing  facility, in which they can control the critical drawing process and the speed at which they are completed, eliminating a third party middleman.

David holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Canberra, and his Military background serves him well in the leadership of two powerhouse companies. In his spare time he enjoys sailing, and his latest project is working toward building a private empire that he can share with his family and friends. David lives in Curtin, Australia.
