WWANA Membership Benefits
WWANA is a New York based premier international registry and networking forum dedicated to aggregating and honoring top professionals, executives, and business owners of organizations, businesses, and associations throughout the world. WWANA is more than just a registry of accomplished individuals. Our mission, is to provide a full service online networking platform, designed to provide our members with the tools and means to make long lasting and valuable connections. As detailed below, WWANA offers a large selection of products and services, with each program tailored specifically to suit the diverse needs of our members:
Complimentary Basic Membership – Limited Benefits / Non-Interactive: A basic membership with WWANA is free of charge. The Basic Membership entitles the member to a basic listing within the WWANA's member database which is searchable by other members of WWANA, only. A Basic Membership is not interactive, and does not permit the member to actively use the services beyond what is described in other levels of membership.
Paid Membership – Enhanced Benefits: Experience has shown that WWANA members reap benefits in proportion to the degree of commitment and active participation they give to their membership. To maximize our members’ opportunities, WWANA has developed tiers of Services which maximize member participation. Enhanced Benefits include: seminars, speaking opportunities, full search capability of our professional online networking database, continuing and professional education, and much more, which are offered to paid members at several different membership tiers.
WWANA Membership & Renewals
All paid WWANA memberships are for the agreed upon term commencing from the date of registration. Your WWANA membership will not automatically renew at the end of the term. Beginning approximately, thirty days (30) prior to the end of your membership term, you will receive a personal phone call from a WWANA staff member along with multiple notification emails reminding you that your membership is set to expire, along with instructions on how to renew your membership.
Upon registration and payment, WWANA automatically sends you a welcome email containing your login information, as well as, a link to these Terms & Conditions which you are required to read and accept and acknowledge prior to immediately benefitting from the WWANA services that you have subscribed for. WWANA systems track and log your acknowledgment of the Terms & Conditions, and maintains a record of your access to the services.
Immediately upon your registration, acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, WWANA will automatically complete your initial membership profile on our database so you will start receiving the benefits of your annual membership without delay. At the same time, WWANA automatically enrolls you in the ancillary benefits through our business partners and pays for your enrollment up-front. WWANA annual membership sales are final, as is discussed below.
If enrolling by phone and paying by credit card your verbal authorization to charge your credit card will be recorded and kept on file, and our Compliance Team reviews each recording to confirm that authorization was given. In the rare event that authorization was not clearly recorded, WWANA will contact you to explain and receive a clear confirmation.
All Membership Sales Final
WWANA delivers its services to you immediately upon your subscribing to our service. At that time, WWANA pays to enroll you in its third-party programs, to complete and manage your profile, and for each of your tier-specific benefits. As your membership coordinator explains during your phone interview, all of WWANA's annual membership sales are final and fully-consummated at the time of your annual subscription and you agree that WWANA may collect all outstanding dues by charging the credit card provided at the time of original sale. There are no refunds of your annual membership fee, or other paid for services.

Do Not Call Policy
This policy was last updated on June 15th, 2015.
The Worldwide Association of Notable Alumni complies with laws and regulations surrounding Do Not Call lists and procedures.
We are committed to protecting and respecting consumers’ rights to privacy with regards to our marketing and sales efforts. With respect to our outbound telephone marketing and sales campaigns, we do not cold call or solicit individuals for our services.
We will NOT contact you unless you have responded to our marketing efforts by submitting an application (with your telephone contact information) or specifically provided your contact information to us.
The Worldwide Association of Notable Alumni has established and implemented procedures to honor consumer requests that they not be called by us.
In addition to complying with the various state and federal regulations of the United States and Canada we also maintain an Internal "Do Not Call" list of those consumers who have requested they be excluded from receiving marketing or sales messages by phone.
If you don't want to receive sales or marketing calls from us, you can ask us to place your telephone number on our "Do Not Call" list. In compliance with federal and state laws, we'll document your request immediately. Please allow up to 30 days for your telephone number to be removed from any contact campaigns that are currently ongoing. In many circumstances "Do Not Call" requests are processed within 1 business day.
Please note the following information when submitting a "Do Not Call" request: • Your request must include, at a minimum, the telephone number you do not want contacted:
• If you have multiple telephone numbers, please include numbers that you want to be included on our "Do Not Call" list.
• You'll remain on our "Do Not Call" list for five years, unless you explicitly asked to be removed.
• If your telephone number ever changes, you must provide us your new information for your "Do Not Call" status to remain in effect.
When we follow up with prospective members, we also honor "Do Not Call" requests on behalf of consumers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission and various state-agency lists. Many state "Do Not Call" regulations permit companies to contact their own customers even though they are on these "Do Not Call" lists. Therefore, if you are a member, you may be contacted by us even though you are on a state or the national "Do Not Call" list. If you do not want to be contacted by the Worldwide Association of Notable Alumni, even though you are a member, simply follow the aforementioned steps to be placed on the "Do Not Call" list and your request will be honored.
Being on our "Do Not Call" list means that you won't receive sales or marketing calls by anybody representing the Worldwide Association of Notable Alumni. We may still contact you, however, for non-solicitation purposes. The nature of these calls would be limited to customer service-related matters.
All employees of the Worldwide Association of Notable Alumni that engage in outbound telephone sales or marketing calls are trained in this policy and are made aware of these procedures before they are allowed to place calls to prospective members. Our management and training team reviews the policy with these employees on a regular basis.
The methods and procedures in this “Do Not Call” policy are reviewed by Worldwide Association of Notable Alumni on a yearly basis. If a consumer requests a copy of our “Do Not Call” policy, we will send a copy via mail or email. The “Do Not Call” policy is also present (here) in our Terms of Service on our website. The Worldwide Association of Notable Alumni intends to comply with all federal and state Do Not Call laws.
