Gualtiero “Walter” DiLoreto is the founder and owner of PHP Houses, a real estate and housing company based in the greater Orlando, Florida area. Comprised of real estate investors and licensed agents, the firm buys houses in distress and remodels them into highly competitive and high quality homes. With a record of fast closings, Walter put his houses on the market with rapid efficiency, and provides strong returns for his investors.

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the Colegio San Agustin in Caracas, Venezuela, Walter completed his Juris Doctor from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He then studied abroad, attending the Universite Grenoble 3 to study French Language and Literature, and achieving a master’s degree in business from the Universite Pantheon Assas Paris. He also holds an associates degree in English Language and Literature from the London School of English.

Prior to founding PHP Houses, Walter was the Commercial Manager of Wise Up Language School, a leading language school for adults seeking to speak English, Spanish or Portuguese in just 12 months. He speaks four languages fluently: English, Spanish, Italian and French.

Walter is a member of the National Real Estate Association, Orlando Real Estate Association, and the founding member of the Hi Kid Foundation. He is widely regarded as an expert in the real estate sector, and has been featured in many articles across the central Florida area for his ability to weather the “Great Recession” as he built a thriving business.

In his spare time, Walter enjoys travel and sports, and is an avid swimmer and cyclist.
