Dr. Vincent L. Burrell is the Founder and Executive Director of DV Investment Group, a firm that specializes in single-unit, multi-family and commercial real estate investments, applying a collective 20 years of experience to help investors to achieve their goals. Having established the company in 2014, Vincent has seen it grow and enact positive change for investors and clients, and he keeps a hands-on approach to leadership, conducting site visits to ensure the quality of properties and carefully negotiating terms to yield maximum ROI. 

Prior to launching DV Investment Group, Vincent spent 30 years in the United States Air Force, where he achieved the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. For the Air Force, he served in commanding control, and specialized in instrumentation and instrument telemetry. A graduate of the Instructor of Technology in Military Science, Military Technologies and Applied Sciences program at the Community College of the Air Force, he oversaw a large unit Air Force School. Functioning as Group Superintendent, he helped guide the education of 37,000 students per year in the fundamentals of war preparation and survival methods. 

Vincent holds a bachelor’s degree in Technology Occupation and Education from the University of Southern Mississippi, where he also completed his Master of Technology in Education. He studied Technical Occupation and Education, and Industrial Technology at the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, before returning to the Community College of the Air Force to undergo coursework in Electronic Systems Technology, Industrial Electronics Technology, Information Systems Technology and Information Technology. In 2015, he completed his Doctor of Management degree in Management in Organizational Leadership, writing his thesis on how senior leadership style affects junior motivation within the Air Force.

Vincent is a certified Project Management Professional by the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and is an Executive MBA Candidate, class of 2018, from the New York University Stern School of Business. He regularly speaks at conferences on topics of strategy and leadership, and aspires to one day teach at the university level. In his spare time, he keeps active with Spinning, Tae Boxing and Weightlifting
