BIOGRAPHY
Who is David Gibb and why should you know him? David Gibb is a truly outstanding Executive with a proven track record of performance. Recently acknowledged and decorated for being an outstanding CFO, David Gibb has also added to this distinguished title with another accolade that being the one of the top ten HR professionals in the State of Michigan. David's hallmarks as an executive are impressive to say the least. His motto is to move the mountain and take the chance in being accomplished and being satisfied when you get there. He is master at motivating a staff with his mentorship abilities to educate and task people the right way. A proponent of human performance management, David has an interesting approach to helping employees reach their professional levels. He teaches by design. That is what sets apart his style as he is an educator not an executive that belittles with intimidation. Rather the opposite in that he believes that great leaders are made not born and those that have the guts to take a risk are rewarded well in their respective careers. Obviously his methods work well and he has been acknowledged for his timeless effort in helping those that need the push to get to the next level. On June, 2015 –David Gibb, CFO of BENLEE and Raleigh Recycling NC Scrap Metal LLC, which owns Raleigh Metal Recycling and Goldsboro Metal Recycling in North Carolina, was just recently named CFO of the year for a mid-sized company in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina. The award will be given out by the Triangle Business Journal at their annual event on July 9, 2015. David was also named the runner up in 2013. David Gibb, was also recently named one of the Top Ten Human Resource Professionals of the year by the Society of Human Resource Professionals in the State of Michigan at their annual event back in October 2014. Mr. Gibb is also the CFO of Benlee, a manufacturer of Roll-Off Trailers located in Metro Detroit that directly sells Roll off Trailers and Trucks internationally for the scrap recycling, waste, organics and oil and gas industries. Greg Brown, owner of the companies mentioned that he agrees that David should be awarded for his desire and dedication to the companies and the industry. Brown also stated "it has been a great partnership working with David for the last 3 years, and we will continue to move forward to drive more value and growth. We work together each and every day, there is a strong trust and respect for each other's skill set." Mr. Gibb has provided and added value to our IT, HR, Finance, Treasury and Operational departments at all of our locations. Raleigh Recycling NC Scrap Metal LLC, is located close to downtown Raleigh, North Carolina and is a full service recycling operation that is currently servicing large industrial and demolition companies as well as the public, buying scrap metal, copper, aluminum, junk cars, electronics, computers, paper, cardboard and more. Benlee has been manufacturing and selling Roll Off Trailers for over 40 years and has been selling its Roll Off Truck replacement the SUPER MINI since 2007. The product was recently showcased at the International Recycling Show in Vancouver in April 2015 and last week at National Waste and Recycling tradeshow in Las Vegas.
