Biography
John M. Eischstadt is the Production Division Director of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command in Rota, Spain. John enlisted in the Navy and spent twenty years in the active service. In his time with the Navy, his roles included being a Master Training Specialist, a construction mechanic with the Seabees, was involved with the military police, and was a Naval Addiction Counselor. After retiring from active duty the service asked him to come back and take on the role of Equipment Maintenance Branch Head Naval Facilities Engineering Command in Rota. He spent the next six years working his way up into his current position that he holds now. In his current role, he is in charge of overseeing the facilities management of infrastructure and operation. John manages all management and business processes for the various instillations as well as housing for the station. In his spare time, John takes part in charitable work with local schools, as well as a local Spanish cancer hospital. John attributes his continued success to the amazing institution he works for, as well as the various mentors he has had throughout his career.
