Biography

Nicole Sarenpa has been involved in the real estate world for quite some time. While she was attending college at the University of Denver from 1999-2003, her and her husband became landlords. Very quickly Nicole realized her interest in investments and real estate as a whole and then became involved in residential. She continued to learn and experience real estate with her husband and then in 2006, they decided to start up their own company, The Sarenpa Team. Since 2006 her company has been growing more and more each year. Since they have started, the company has received several awards and recognitions including raking number 130 in the top 250 realtors for Keller Williams. They have also been ranked in the Top 25% of all the agents in MN. Nicole is very proud of the fact that she has discovered her natural talent for leadership at a very young age. Throughout her life she was been a trained high level gymnastic. Nicole owes her team building skills, people skills, determination, and "can do" attitude to her gymnastic experiences. Nicole has been recognized as an expert in recruiting and selecting talent. Currently her team continues to grow. Her and her husband refuse to stop here and would love to bring their company to the top 100 realtors in the country. After they achieve that, they will aim to be in the top 10. Nicole clearly has her hands full with her business but she still finds the time to do many lectures and presentations in the MN area regarding real estate and investments. It is clear that she has gotten to where she is today by her enormous amount of passion and care for her job. She also applies a lot of team work, dedication, and hard work.
