Aaron Battista is Owner and CEO of Battista Co. and is renowned for his management consultancy for the top brands in the fashion industry. Aaron ensures that Battista Co. works alongside leading retailers and emerging businesses in the hard and soft goods market to develop and implement customized solutions that address today's challenges and tomorrow's opportunities. He is instrumental in strategic planning and organizational development with a relentless passion to succeed. He attributes his success to working with the top talents in the industry, and he found passion in helping people to elevate them to their maximum potential in the retail sector. Aaron built up his career as VP of Retail and Chief Retail Officer with many of the leading apparel, fashion, and luxury goods practice for his entire career, which involved counseling high street brands and luxury retailers alike. He worked on operational and organizational strategies, such as helping retailers expand and optimize their portfolios.Aaron began his career at Body Shop of London and worked for SWATCH Group in the US retail sector. He is responsible tor the opening and development of over 700 retail stores through his successful career. He serves on the Board of Directors for Board of Director Free Arts, STORY, and Smarty Pants Vitamins.
