Biography

Gillian attended the Institute of Social Studies receiving her masters degree in Public Policy.She has been a Permanent Secretary since 2015. Some of her responsibilities include giving Policy advice to the minister, providing strategic direction and handling all Human Resource functions. Gillian is an active member in IPBET. The key to her success has been perseverance, and never giving up. Her greatest professional accomplishment is the rewarding feeling she gets knowing she had a positive impact in society. Gillian did go back for her Post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management. She has hopes in transitioning to more of a consulting position in the future. She is hoping to connect and share experiences with like minded professionals.
