Michael Flood has been a trend-setter and expert in the technology industry for over three decades. Following a 30 year stint with IBM, he now serves as a pivotal cornerstone at GENPACT. Michael's three year tenure has coincided with high double digital revenue growth and mega-deals ranging from $50 million to $1 billion. He is of critical importance to the relationship between the GENPACT Account Executive and Sales team and the Operations Departments of all product-lines. Michael has brought considerable experience and immeasurably upgraded the capabilities of both the sales and service team almost immediately upon assuming the position.
