BIOGRAPHY
Steve Staresinic, CPA, CGMA is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant in his own practice. He specializes in assisting small and midsize enterprises from North American in establishing their businesses in Europe and European companies entering the US market. His expertise includes international taxation, accounting, financial reporting, international human resources, and establishing and optimizing corporate back office functions. Steve started and expanded his career in the USA and Europe with Price Waterhouse, one of key legacy firms of PWC. His goal in establishing his own practice has always been to utilize his expertise to help small and midsized business to expand and improve their operations, particularly outside of their domestic markets. Steve Staresinic is not only a consultant but also an entrepreneur, and has participated as an investor, partner or managing director in the founding of over ten enterprises. He has also served as a lecturer of international accounting and taxation at several German colleges and universities. Steve's areas of expertise include; taxation, auditing, financial services and consulting. Steve received his B.A.A and started his career as a CPA, he has served and assisted companies with their financial needs; such as international tax planning and audits. His professional memberships include the American Association of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) the German CPA Society (GCPAS) and the United States Army Association (USAA). Steve graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1987 with a BBA in the concentrations of Accountancy and Philosophy. He served as an officer in the Signal Corps of the US Army in both the United States and Europe from 1987 to 1991. Steve is a musician, and accomplished investor in the capital and real estate markets and has broad experience in travels outside of work and foreign languages. He is a member of Rotary International, in the chapter Stuttgart International in Stuttgart, Germany. association. .
