Biography

Gualtiero DiLoreto owns PHP Houses, a real estate management and investment company that manages a portfolio of homes in Florida that it renovates to rent or sell. He has owned the company for 13 years. Formerly, he worked as a corporate operations manager. He is also the founder of the Hi Kid Foundation which helps children in need. He has a Master’s degree with a specialization in commercial law from Pantheon-Assas University (class of 1993), and graduated from the Catholic University of Andres Bello in his home country of Venezuela (class of 1991) with a law degree. Gualtiero was a member of the Venezuela National Swim team in 1978 and 1979. He speaks four languages fluently: English, Spanish, Italian and French. Gualtiero decided to start PHP Houses when he saw that it was a way to help people in distress by taking a heavy burden off of them. He says that his success is due to his hard work, honesty and straightforwardness. He counts surviving the crash of 2007, 2008 (the Great Recession) as his greatest professional accomplishment. Gualtiero has had many articles on real estate published in magazines in his city as he wrote on the subject regularly for 4 years and appreciates an opportunity to share his knowledge and work with fellow members.
