Biography

Vincent Burrell spent 30 years serving in the US Air Force. Vincent retired at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. During his time in the Air Force he was in Command and Control, Instrumentation and Telemetry. His last assignment was as Group Superintendent in charge of a very large Air Force School which he graduated 37,000 students annualy. The goal is being able to prepare people and to survive and operate in war. PHD thesis detailed how senior leadership style affects junior members motivation in the Air Force. Vincent's thesis explored transactional, transformational and laissez faire leadership methods. Being a strategic thinker Vincent Is a frequent guest speaker at conferences which he intends to continue doing so in the future. His older brother joined the military and Vincent wanted to follow in his footsteps. He found that he enjoyed the environment and structure. Currently Vincent works as a management consultant. He is available to consult on transformational leadership, motivating others, setting and obtaining goals. Staying focused on tight deadlines; Lean Management and Project Management; Leadership; Strategy; Team building & Strategic Analysis Vincent operates a Real Estate Investment Firm and plans to teach at the University Level. His key to success is that you receive what you put into the universe. He believes building effective relationships are the key to success on and off duty. Vincent is a professional manager that’s capable of providing vision and motivating diverse groups to accomplish difficult tasks. He specializes in affairs designed to achieve the mission. Vincent leverages his skillsets in operations, leadership, motivation and situational leadership for his clients to improve their organizational culture.
