Biography

Pastor Fredrick L. Grant is an accomplished ministerial professional, educator and author with 28 years of prior experience in business and trucking. Since October of 2013, he has been serving as Pastor of Kansas-Nebraska Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, which covers 4 churches and 30,000 square miles that fall under his jurisdiction. His key responsibilities involve pastoral services, meetings, and tending to the 4 churches in their large geographic area. Pastor Fred's area of expertise is bible study and teaching. He is also part of the Cherry County Ministerial Association and of their ordination committee, and regularly participates in conferences, public speaking, and breakout sessions. Fred graduated with a Bachelor of Religion from Walla Walla University in 2013. He was actually born in the town there and his dad went there, as well, so when he got ready to follow the calling, Fred decided to attend Walla Walla, too. He has also been working on a Master's in Ministry at Andrews University and plans to resume that program soon. The key to his success is perseverance, never giving up, and not letting life get him down. Going forward, Pastor Fred would like to network and connect with alumni so people can know what he's doing now. In 2016, his book "Lifting Up Christ: Through the Written Word" was published by WestBow Press. When he's not working, Fred likes to fish and enjoys the solitude of it. He has also established a non-profit organization Matthew 25 Ministries.
