Biography

Joanna Biscette worked as in sales for the first years in her career. She oversaw the company’s purchases in that department. Currently, Joanna is the Human Resource Management for Sagicor Life Inc St Lucia; has been in this position for 2 years. Some of her specialization included management, and sales. Joanna deals with the compliance with labor law, employee’s benefits, administration needs and recruitment for 6 countries in the Caribbean. She also provides training to improve employee’s performances. Joanna received her Master degree in Psychology from Walden University. She is fluent in English. Joanna prides herself on her ability to be self motivated, independent and her own person. She also strives to continue to expand in the company but also in life, she is currently enrolled to get her LMM in employment law. In her spare time, she enjoys signing, reading and spending time with her family.
