Daniel Naccarella is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of R&F Capital Advisors, LP, an asset management firm based in New York City. With more than 25 years of experience in financial and investment management, Daniel is a seasoned expert in all aspects of private equity, investment strategy and commodities. A natural leader, Daniel has served as CFO for numerous companies, offering his keen insight into structured finance and trading systems in emerging markets and the established global sector.

 After earning a bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Statistics from Columbia University, Daniel went on to complete a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fordham University Gabelli School of Business. He quickly proved himself to be a rising talent in the quantitative finance sector, and began his career with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Prior to joining R&F Capital Advisors, Daniel served as CFO for Anderson Global Macro, Atlas Capital Management, Private Equity Investors, Symmetry Peak Management, and Muzinich & Co.

 Daniel credits his success to his confidence and determination. He is passionate about his work, and loves to see his firm continue to grow. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys soccer, travel, and is an avid cyclist.
