Guaroa Noboa Pagán graduated with a degree in Architecture in 1987 from The Autonomous University of Santo Domingo. He went on to open Noboa Pagán Arquitectos Asociados in 1995. The architecture firm designs, builds and provides supervision of educational facilities, institutional projects, hospitals and residences. The organization is local with the intent on becoming regional, and focuses on the design of infrastructures including architectural and all others engineering. They oversee and supervise geometrical control, quality of materials, test, essays, and cost evaluation throughout the entire process.

Guaroa considers the keys to his success to be hard work, being blessed with the opportunity to work with an impressive list of clients in both the public and private sector, and allowing his projects to speak for themselves. He says his greatest professional accomplishment or achievement would be his work on the “Instituto del Cáncer Rosa María Tavares (INCART)”, awarded with the first prize at the IX Bienal de Santo Domingo in the design category.

Guaroa is an International Member of American Institute of Architects (AIA Intl). His work has been published in local and regional magazines such as Arquitexto and Archivos de Arquitectura Antillana (AAA).

Guaroa was determined to be an architect form an early age. He pursued an education in the field, attending the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo for Architecture after graduating from the Colegio Dominicano De La Salle with a bachelor degree on Math and Science.

Noboa Pagán Arquitectos recently initiated a real estate project of residential villas in Punta Cana, Dominica Republic.

In his spare time, Guaroa enjoys traveling, sports and the beach. He is fluent in both English, French and Spanish. He resides in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
